Research Experience:

In recent years, Assoc Prof. Hongtao Tang is mainly engaged in digital design, digital manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent optimization algorithm and application in manufacturing industry (automotive, mold, casting and other industries), and has developed digital design software (secondary development based on UG/Solidworks/ProE/Inventor/AutoCAD mainstream CAD platform) applicable to automotive, mold, casting and other industries, and developed ERP system for refined production management of manufacturing industry with independent intellectual property rights, which has been applied in many companies in different industries and has achieved great economic benefits for enterprises.

He has published nearly 20 academic papers, among which 8 SCI papers have been published in SCI source journals.
